The USA Gymnastics Trampoline & Tumbling Region 5 Championship returns May 15-17\, 2026\, bringing together 650 athletes and 130 coaches from eight southeastern states for an elite showcase of talent.This USA Gymnastics-sanctioned event is a qualifying stop for both the USA Gymnastics National Championships in Tulsa\, Oklahoma\, and the Stars and Stripes Cup in Sevierville\, Tennessee\, making it a key stop on the road to national competition.Fans can expect a world -class field\, headlined by Aliaksei Shostak\, a two-time Olympian\, World Champion\, and Pan American Games Champion. Joining him are Nicole Ahsinger\, a 2016 and 2020 Olympian and World Champion\, and Sarah Webster\, a World Champion and member of the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team.Additional standout competitors include USA National Team member Trevor Harder\, Gracie Harder\, Paul Bretscher\, Trinity Van Natta\, Tia Taylor\, and Nastia Katchalova\, along with many familiar top performers returning from last year.Competition Schedule:Friday\, May 15: 8:00 a.m. - 9 p.m.Saturday\, May 16: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.Sunday\, May 17: 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.Admission remains the same as last year\, with $25 day passes and $60 weekend passes available.
