The ideal candidate will be working in the Accounting Department directly alongside the Controller. They will work in QuickBooks on a consistent basis and help with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, & Invoicing. Responsibilities

• Ability to navigate and work in QuickBooks consistently
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
• Assist the Controller with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Assist in daily invoicing
• Assist in closing the books on a monthly basis
• Maintain and create bank deposits daily
• Adaptive learner that could be used in multiple areas of the operations
