TCSI was established in 2009 in Mobile, AL as a roofing contractor. In addition, we offer miscellaneous general contractor construction.

Roofing

TCSI will furnish and install roofing for both flat roof systems (single ply, modified, and built up), and sloped roof systems (metal, shingles, and tile roofing). We also patch and repair flat or sloped roofs and provide preventative maintenance programs.

Leak Repairs

TCSI can track and repair roof leaks for both commercial and residential buildings. This can include removing the existing compromised roof system area and replacing with like materials or sealing the existing roof systems for it to become leak free.

General

TCSI also provides general construction services with a primary focus on interior work. Our general construction services include drywall / painting, flooring, ceilings, electrical and plumbing.
