The American Basketball Association (ABA) Championship is coming to Mobile! The American Basketball Association (ABA) is a men’s professional basketball league founded in 1999 by Joe Newman and the late Richard P. Tinkham. The two-day event includes a League Meeting, Celebrity All-Star Game, Middle/Elementary School Cheer Showcase, Music Entertainment, Mini Fashion Show, College/High School 3 Point/Slam Dunk Showcase, ABA 3 Point/Slam Dunk Showcase, ABA All-Star Draft, ABA All-Star Game, the semi-final games leading to the Championship Game, and the ABA Championship Game.
