Community Health Fair at the Charles White Family Health Center

Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. will host a community health fair on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Charles White Family Health Center located at 990 Cody Road N from 10AM to 2PM. Bring the entire family to come meet our team of medical, dental, and vision providers! There will be refreshments and door prizes available. Free Services include Health Screenings (BMI, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Blood Sugar), Dental Screenings, Vision Screenings, Health Education & Counseling, and Immunizations (COVID & FLU Vaccines). Please bring your ID and insurance card.
