Day one offers a comprehensive review of ISO 9001 standards, covering principles, structure, and requirements. Day two focuses on hands-on auditor training, practical exercises, and ISO 19011 auditing guidelines. Whether you’re new to auditing or refreshing your skills, this engaging session will help you contribute to continual improvement within your organization.
