SENIOR HEALTH FAIR

The S.A.I.L. crew at Hillsdale Community Center is hosting a Senior Health Fair on Wednesday, March 19. This is an ideal event for adults over the age of 55, however, all are welcome to attend! There will be free blood pressure checks, preventative screenings and loads of relevant health education materials and resources. ALL aspects of health will be covered, including nutrition and mental health, which are among the top two areas of interest within the senior population in Alabama! Take a step into living a healthier life by becoming informed! Save the date, tell a friend and/or family member, and meet us at Hillsdale Community Center on March 19!
