“The Purple Madness” is returning to Mobile on June 7, 2023. Get your tickets and join the fun in Cooper Riverside Park as “America’s #1 Prince experience band” takes the stage during the Mobile Parks and Recreation’s (MPRD) largest summer concert event. 

Led by the electrifying Bobby Miller, “The Purple Madness” has sold out shows around the country while celebrating the musical legacy of one of the most beloved entertainers and influential artists of all time. Miller has studied Prince’s persona, voice, and dance styles for decades and is backed by a talented group of musicians, dancers, and singers with decades of combined musical experience. 

The Mobile Parks and Recreation Department (MPRD) will host “The Purple Madness” at Cooper Riverside Park on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, on what would have been Prince’s 65th Birthday. This ticketed event is limited to those 18 years of age and older. Alcoholic drinks will also be available to purchase by those 21 years of age and older. Gates open at 6 p.m., and the concert will start at 7 p.m.
