About

Motivation Media is a Mobile-based video production company. We’re a marketing company that happens to do it through video. For over a decade, we’ve helped 115+ organizations, from universities and hospitals to manufacturers, nonprofits, and everything in between, find the stories they’re sitting on and turn them into video that works. Every project starts with one question: what does this video need to do? From there we find the story, shoot it, and cut it for wherever it’s headed, whether that’s a recruiting campaign, a donor event, or a social feed. Lagniappe named us Mobile’s Best Video Company in 2021–2024 and again in 2026, plus Best Commercial Videographer in 2025. Story works in every industry. That’s why video does.

WHAT WE DO

Three things, mostly.

Story films. The piece that makes people understand who you are and why it matters. Brand films, campaign and donor films, recruitment and enrollment pieces, patient and customer stories.

Short-form content. Built for the feed and cut from the same shoot. One production day can turn into a campaign's worth of clips, posts, and ads, so the video doesn't die on your homepage.

Ongoing partnership. A content calendar, a plan, and a team that already knows your business before we roll. The longer we work together, the less you have to explain.

How we approach every project

1. We start with what it has to do. Before gear, dates, or a script, we ask who needs to see this and what you want them to do after.
2. We find the story. You're too close to your own organization to see what's remarkable about it. We ask the next question, and the one after that, until we find the story worth building around.
3. We build for where it's going. Tell us the campaign and the channels, and we'll shape every piece to fit them. If you want a second opinion on where something should run, we've got one.
