Yellowhammer is in the process of developing a luxury RV Resort in Coden, AL with oceanfront views of the Gulf of America and walking distance from the transformative City Docks Marina that is under development. This 100 site RV Resort will boast a deep water dock, swimming pool, onsite laundry facilities and many other guest amenities. This $4,000,000 investment will create well paying construction jobs and generate meaningful tax revenue for the city once completed.

In conjunction with the RV Resort development, Yellowhammer is addressing the dire need for workforce housing due to the multiple planned transformational economic developments in the community including the City Docks Marina, Riverwalk Plaza, Austal USA shipyard expansion, ArcelorMittal steel yard buildout and Birdon Bayou La Batre shipyard expansion. Yellowhammer is in the planning stage of developing a 30 acre housing development geared toward accommodating the permanent and transient workers who will be employed by these developments.
