About

Founded in 2003, Seacliff Agency is a Mobile-based vessel agency serving shipowners, operators, and charterers along the central Gulf Coast. Led by Managing Principal Ritchie Macpherson, the company combines local port knowledge with hands-on coordination throughout each vessel’s call.

Seacliff Agency LLC provides vessel agency and maritime support services in Mobile, Alabama; Panama City, Florida; and Pascagoula, Mississippi. We represent shipowners, operators, and charterers handling dry bulk, breakbulk, and project cargo.

Our services include port-call coordination, vessel entry and clearance, cargo documentation, protective agency representation, crew changes, and husbandry arrangements. We coordinate with terminals, pilots, tug operators, government authorities, and service providers to keep customers informed and vessel operations moving efficiently.
