Whether you're applying for your first part-time job, internship, college program, or full-time career opportunity, our team is here to help. Visit our weekly Resume Help Clinic for personalized career support and job search assistance. Offered through the Mobile Public Library's Connection & Business Center in partnership with the University of South Alabama Career Development Office, this recurring service provides practical, one-on-one guidance to help participants build career readiness and achieve their employment goals.
Participants can receive assistance with:
- Resume creation and review
- Job search resources
- Online job application help
- LinkedIn profile development
- Mock interviews and career coaching
- Networking guidance
- Graduate employment support
This program is open to teens and adults ages 16 and up, including high school students, college students, recent graduates, job seekers, individuals re-entering the workforce, and professionals seeking career advancement. Quick 10 to 15-minute appointments are available for immediate assistance. For more in-depth support, patrons can schedule follow-up appointments or submit their resumes at least two business days in advance for detailed reviews.
