Mobile, AL – Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. is will host its 28th Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove in Mobile. The event begins with an 8:00 AM tee-off and with players, partners, and supporters coming together for a day of fun, fellowship, and purpose.

This year’s tournament holds special meaning as Franklin raises funds to replace its aging mobile health unit, which has long delivered essential care to patients in underserved and rural communities. A new, state-of-the-art unit will help Franklin expand access to life-saving screenings and primary care services—including immunizations, mammograms, well-child visits, dental exams, and more—directly to schools, neighborhoods, and community events across Mobile, Baldwin, Conecuh, Escambia, Monroe & Choctaw Counties.

“Participant in this year’s tournament will be doing more than playing a round of golf—they’ll help us drive health and healing into the heart of our region,” said Charles White, CEO of Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. “This new mobile unit will allow us to continue meeting the health needs of people right where they are—with dignity, compassion, and the quality care every person deserves.”

Buskey—an esteemed educator, devoted Franklin board member, and visionary founder whose unwavering commitment to public service and health equity transformed countless lives across Alabama.
