Heircraft Planning invites the Mobile community to Estate Planning Made Simple, a complimentary lunch seminar at the Innovation Portal in downtown Mobile. Attorney Mark Eiland, J.D., LL.M., AEP®, will provide a clear overview of how wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate planning work under Alabama law, what occurs when no plan is in place, and the considerations involved in selecting the individuals named in a plan.

Mark is the founder of Heircraft Planning and brings over 25 years of experience in law, finance, and trust administration. The seminar is educational in nature and designed for individuals, families, and business owners at any stage of planning.
