Cam Marston is offering the Generational Insights Communications Academy (GICA) to the non-profit community for its inaugural run January 15 - 17 in Mobile. The 2 1/2 day course guides leaders in mastering essential communication skills—from active listening and concise writing to impactful speaking and insightful questioning. All with an emphasis on intergenerational communications. Limited to just 14 participants, participants will experience brief, engaging lectures paired with hands-on practice, personalized coaching, peer feedback, and video review. Attendees can plan to leave transformed, ready to implement new skills and witness the impact on their team. Not only will communication abilities elevate, but confidence will, too.
