SPEAKER: Hansen Roberts, Director, Employee Relations, University of South Alabama

Hansen Roberts is an experienced Human Resources Professional with a demonstrated history of working in a fast pace, goal oriented work environment. Skilled in developing all levels of associates, budgeting, ADP Payroll, Workday, Ultipro HRIS, benefits administration, data analytics, employee relations and risk management. A proven track record of finding solutions to employer issues where others have failed. Strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Human Behavioral Sciences from the University of Alabama.
