About the Role

Elevate Workforce is a well-established staffing and workforce solutions company serving construction, marine, manufacturing, and industrial businesses. We’re hiring a Business Development & Community Marketing Representative to grow customer partnerships, build relationships in the field, and represent our company across the Mobile community.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with construction, marine, manufacturing, and industrial customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Attend networking events and represent the company in the community
• Schedule meetings, visit jobsites, and follow up with prospects
• Track leads and activities using CRM tools
• Work with internal recruiting/operations teams to support customer needs

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Strong follow-up and organization skills

Preferred

• Construction, marine, manufacturing or industrial experience
• Staffing or workforce solutions experience
• CRM or sales pipeline experience
• Negotiation and closing skills
