We’re seeking an experienced Network & Cabling Technician with strong technical expertise, who applies practical problem-solving in the field and takes pride in delivering reliable, well-executed infrastructure solutions

 -What You’ll Do? 

- Network & Infrastructure Installation 

• Assemble & install, network racks, cabinets, switches, firewalls, cameras and wireless Access Points with precision and attention to detail. 

- Network Management  

• Assist in managing and maintaining the clients' network infrastructure, ensuring system security, reliability, and performance. 

-Wireless and Connectivity Solutions 

• Design and install structured cabling paths in compliance with TIA, BICSI, and IEEE Standards, supporting performance, coverage, and scalability. 

- Documentation & Reporting 

• Keep accurate records of issues, solutions, and maintenance tasks to build a knowledge base for the team and improve processes over time. 

- Project Communication & Execution 

       Communicate site needs proactively, meet deadlines, and ensure projects are    completed on time and to standard.  

- Collaborate & Learn 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to ensure IT needs are met and participate in ongoing learning to stay ahead of industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications Needed: 

- Field Experience 

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network cabling or infrastructure installation. (Will be verified during the interview) 

- Standards Knowledge 

• Strong working knowledge of TIA, BICSI, and IEEE Standards. 

- IT Certifications (Preferred but not required): 

• A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus. 

- Hands-On Tools & Equipment 

• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in infrastructure installation. 

• Ability to safely operate machinery like ladders, scissor/platform lift, etc. (after training provided) 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) 

- Customer-Oriented 

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and explain information to non-technical contacts with understanding. 

- Team Player 

• You enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. 

• Must Be able to lift 50 Pound 

•  Some Networking equipment may need to be lifted into place or built and transported to site. 

• Reliable transportation to and from the office. 

• Valid Driver’s License w/ Clean Driving Record
