We are looking for an IT Managed Services Provider, referred to as MSP, that will fully manage and provide strategic guidance for SENPH’s IT needs. SENPH has the following objectives for the service and seeks a partner with expertise in the following:

Current SOC 2 Type II audit and/or ISO 27001 Certification preferred 

Google Workspace expertise and best practice experience

Microsoft 365 expertise and best practice experience

Familiarity with the US Dept of Labor’s WorkforceGPMS system

Ticketing with Rapid / Timely End-User Response

Dedicated US Based MSP Account Management and Support Team

Strong Cybersecurity and Threat Monitoring, Alerting, Response, and Remediation Expertise

Data Backup and Disaster Recovery Procedures

Reporting and Periodic Meetings

Expertise and experience working with government and non-governmental organizations
