Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, hardworking, and flexible, able to shift gears as the seasons — and our inventory — change. Duties include cashiering, customer service, assisting with product displays, and handling physical tasks such as lifting and organizing merchandise (including plants, pumpkins, and seasonal décor weighing up to 50 lbs).

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and seasonal knowledge

Operate the POS cash register and handle all sales transactions accurately

Assist with store opening and closing duties

Stock shelves and merchandise seasonal items

Help with receiving and unloading deliveries

Lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs), including plants, pumpkins, and trees

Maintain a clean, organized, and festive store environment

Provide seasonal product recommendations and help with visual displays

Follow all safety procedures, especially when handling large/heavy items

Qualifications:

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working both outdoors and indoors and in varying weather condition

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons

A positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-player mindset

Passion for seasonal fun, decorations, and customer interaction
